FEAST is a non-profit, regional organization that offers support services for home schooling families in the South Texas
area. FEAST offe rs orientations for new home schoolers, Co-op classes, Annual Convention and Curriculum Fair, Music
Conservatory, Sports Program, monthly newsletter, Summer Reading Program, Scholarships, workshops and training
seminars, testing services, apprenticeship opportunities, court and party/meeting room rentals, used book sales, support
group contacts, activities such as Spelling Bee, Geography Bee, Debate Tournament, Science Fair, Ag Fair, as well as a
bookstore stocked with over 7,000 titles. No membership fees charged or statement of faith to sign. We also offer a free,
six month gift subscription to the Manna newsletter to new home schooling families.

Patrick McMillan
Patrick McMillan is a social dance instructor in San Antonio, Texas where he teaches Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Country &
Western and Line Dancing. He instructs classes at Trinity University, Our Lady of the Lake University, "Connections" at
Incarnate Word, and North East Independent School District. McMillan instructs private classes at Air Force Village I
Retirement Home, group classes on "Family Night" for the San Antonio area home-schooled students, and workshops
for The Dominion Country Club. He has co-authored two instructional texts; one on Country & Western and another on
Ballroom, both with accompanying videos. In addition, McMillan is Artistic Director for the TU Ropers Country & Western
Dance Troupe and the TU Ballroom Dance Troupe.
