4-Week Workshop (10 – 11:30 am), in room 119

 

     A successful, proven, common sense and hands on 

     approach that will enable you to negotiate the bends in

     the road on your child’s journey to college.

 

     Counseling sessions with parents and student will include:

§       Career Options

§       College Majors

§       College & Major Selection

§       College Financial Aid/Scholarships/Grants Availability and Options

§        Working with College Admissions/Financial Aid Offices

§       Dual Credits/AP Classes/ CLEP tests

§       Testing options – SAT, SAT II, ACT (dates, scores)

§       Transcripts

§       Secondary School Leadership/Community Service Activities

§       College Entrance and Scholarship Essays

§       Letters of Recommendation

§       Setting up the “To College File Folder”
