Prayer Request at AACE

Psalm 71:20-21
Though you have made me see troubles,
many and bitter, you will restore my life again;
from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up.
You will increase my honor and comfort me once again.

Update: 6/30/08
Art (Custodian Head at Wayside) lost his 2-year-old grandson this week.
Please be praying for him and his family.

One of our families lost their home in a fire on Mon. night May 12th.
Cheryl Wren is the head of our Prayer Committee and a single
homeschooling parent. Her home caught on fire Mon. night and is a total
loss this morning. All family members are safe. THANK THE LORD!
If you would like to help them, we will be collecting gift cards from places
such as Walmart, Target, HEB, etc. this Friday, May 16th so that they may
use them as needed when needed. Any amount will help.
Please be praying for them and pray about what you can do to help them.

Please keep Trudy Palmer in your prayers.
Trudy slipped and fell face first into a table on Wed. March 19th, 2008.
She had surgery on Fri., March 21st on her eye
and cheek and is now recovering.

Update on Trudy Palmer:

Please let the students and faculty know that I look better and feel better.
Since I have severe nerve damage on the right side of my face, I do not have much feeling there.
I would ask for prayer that I would get 100% of my nerves back and functioning properly.
The surgeon said only time will tell. I will be going to the hospital tomorrow at 10:00 for additional
surgery to remove the packing and whatever else he needs to do, so I covet everyone's prayers
for that procedure. Tom will send an update in the afternoon.

Please pray for our country leaders, our service men and women,
AACE, our tutors, AACE students, our co-op families, volunteers,
and thanks for Wayside Church.
